Wish you could spend the weekend in Berlin... in 1928? This is arguably the improbable cinema event of the year and you'd better have a long attention span. If you watch the whole thing, you're going to be in your seat for 15-and-a-half hours! (Don't worry, there are breaks.) In return, you get a universally acclaimed masterpiece. Rotten Tomatoes' pool of critics doesn't have a bad word to say about it here; while IMDB's healthy 8.9/10 might persuade you to sacrifice your weekend.
Part of the Fassbinder Festival. In German with English subtitles and Hungarian simultaneous interpretation. Weird.

Not your average church music. Dukay Barnabás and friends play his complex atonal pieces plus a bit of Ligeti and John Cage. Challenging. Details.
