The Moog (Concert)
Dürer Kert, 28th November, 20:30, 1000ft.
Ajtósi Dürer sor 19–21 [map]
Zichy Geza utca, (Trolley 74)
Hungary's answer to The Strokes: The Moog. They're a bit derivative, among other things to say the least, but the 60s-style garage rock of The Ghouls, (not to be confused for the Philadelphia punk band by the same name) who are also on the bill should strike a balance between the teens in the crowd and those slightly older.
Also taking place tonight at Dürer, and for half the price is the "Rudebwoy Jamaican Music Club" at just 500ft. So if you're not fancying fuzzed out rock, tie back your dreads and start humming "Redemption Song."
More info on both here.

Budapest Christmas Fair
Vörösmarty tér [map], 28th November, 10:00-20:00, free
The holiday season is officially here! Not in the mood? Well maybe Budapest's 10th Christmas Fair will put you there. Go, fill up on lángos, grab a forralt bor (mulled wine), and smell the scents of Christmas. There's plenty of chances to grab some Hungarian gifts, as well as to take part in arts and crafts time! Take a waltz around the Christmas tree and see if you can spot the real St. Nick!
Blues Jamboree (Concert)
Gödör, 28th November, 20:00
A bit of an oxymoron isn't it? Well blues can be fun, and Gödör knows how to throw a party. Jeanne Carroll Mississippi Grave Diggers are along the performers tonight. So if the cold weather's got you down, but you've still got happiness pumping through your veins, "The Ditch" is your place to be tonight.
Anilogue Film Festival
Uránia & Toldi, 28th November, first film starts at 16:30
The Anilogue Film Festival showcases European animated films but my AVG filter seems to think there are active threats on their webpage! You can get the programme here though.
