The former Playboy cover model has taken up a music career here in Budapest! Well not actually. It seems a Hungarian band's had a little fun with their name. Much like their counterparts in The Moog, Amber Smith are derivative of the movement The Strokes kicked off in New York a while back. Amber Smith have updated the image for the digital age with the fantastically annoying "Select All Delete All," but some might find it catchy.
Also on the bill for tonight is yet another Moog wave-rider, Jacked and the weirdly randy, The Kolin. Tesco Disco DJ sets follow the concert.

Purim "Nu klez" Jazz (Concert)
Sirály, 14th March, 21:00
Seen as the Jewish Mardi Gras, Purim is a celebration of the Persian Jews escape from execution. Often accented by costumes and raucous parties, one could take this for a springtime Halloween (another excuse for dudes to dress up as chicks, and chicks to expose their goodies). The concert features Sheket and Hagesher, but good luck finding their presence on the Internet.
