Free Admission to the Ludwig Museum (under 26)

Ludwig Museum, 29th March,10:00-18:00
Komor Marcell u. 1 [map]
Pest, IX, Boraros tér (T 4,6), 8 min

It's worth knowing that the last Sunday of every month gives those still young and spry (otherwise known as under 26 years of age) the chance to check out what one of Budapest's premier contemporary art museums has to offer. At the moment, there are two fairly recent temporary exhibitions up: New Acquisitions, as well as the Finnish exhibition, Arctic Hysteria. And hey, at least you can spend that 1200 forint you'll be saving on something else, as well as count on fewer old fogies hobbling about the museum.

Sunday Session - Featuring: Cadik (Concert)
Gödör, 21:00, Free
"All the way from Detroit to Budapest," Cadik's spittin some pretty insane rhymes. The fact that there are less carriers of guns in Europe than America might be the reason these guys have more of a feel-good vibe. I think I heard something about bringin' your George Foreman overseas and "gettin' the fuck outta Michigan." They've got my stamp of approval.

Progressive DürERA (Club)
Dürer Kert, 22:00
Here's what you can expect from DJane Era. Not sure how progressive it is, but hey, it's Sunday. Sure Dürer might be all the way out by City Park, but it's only a trolley-bus ride away. More info here.

Flea Market (Flea Market)
Bolhapiac, City Park, morning only, 120Ft.
Sunday wouldn't be Sunday without rummaging through a load of rubbish. Old nudie magazines, used underwear, written-on postcards, stolen mobile phones, hey maybe you can even pick up some pre-war cigarette butts! Be sure to get there early to get dibs on the best crap! Hub article here.

Titanic Film Festival

The unfortunately-titled Titanic Film Festival, is thankfully sans Celine Dion. Four cinemas host a boat-load of off-beat films from around the world. Today's program and more info here.
