On this day in 1913, former United States President Richard Nixon was born in California. His father Francis and Hungarian-born mother Hannah must have been very proud. In 1974, Nixon went on to become the US President ever to resign from office, following his involvement with the Watergate Scandal. These guys bill themselves as "Hungary's number one rockabilly band". There isn't a huge amount of competition for them so perhaps their particular brand of Hungarobilly music might actually appeal to you. It's all a bit of a mystery to us... It's quite a musical departure for Corvintető so will be interesting to see how the audience reacts. Take a listen to them on MySpace here.
