Alexandre Rockwell's 1992 movie lands Steve Buscemi in all kinds of trouble - he plays a would-be screenwriter who accepts financial backing from a con-man. According to Imdb's 'infrofreak' there's no need to panic! -a quirky indie comedy it may be, but apparently it's a 'very good one'.

Here's Dr Gunni on Bikini's 1983 album 'Hova lett...' - 'This album is so diversed and surprising it makes the head spin, very tight playing, good melodies, very alternative stuff. I have no idea what they are singing about and I do not care. If you like imaginative punk music that goes all over the place u should definately check this album out'. (Hmmm. Given the spelling mistaks, there's every chance Gunni's not a proper doctor). So, Bikini are hairy, ageing, male rockers, who absolutely do not wear bikinis. If that's what you're after, look elsewhere.

This was listed in Exit but it all looks a bit funny to me. An all night breaks party in the art catacombs - it's Monday night, for goodness sake! Who on earth is this for? Insomniacs and the unemployed or maybe just people who really, really, really like breaks.

That's supposed to be a jazz cat, by the way. There'll be lots of those down at MUPA tonight, although they'll probably sit fidgeting through the first half, while Szakcsi Lakatos Róbert works his way through a couple of Bach Concertos. There's straight up jazz in the second though, when the Franz Liszt chamber orchestra is replaced by the other members of Szakcsi's trio. Details here
