17/09/08

'Go out on Tuesday with your friends, when you have a paper due Wednesday!' Strange advice from irresponsible Dad-rocker Tom Petty...perhaps it's a desperate attempt to prove he's still down wiv da kidz....

Pecek Laci (Concert)
, Gödör, 10th September, from 20:00, free
The Wednesday night jazz series faces stiff competition tonight, but is soldiering on regardless. Program here.

Un Chien Andalou (Film), Örökmozgó, 10th September, 16:30
What with Louis Sclavis, Budapest is the only place to be tonight for fans of French cinema between the years 1927 and 1930! Bunuel's classic short is exactly that - short - so, it's screening with L'Age d'Or. That's in French with Hungarian subtitles. Dulac's La Coquille et la Clergymen pads out the program.

45 Pimps' Disco (Reggae Night), Filter, 17th September, 20:00
45 Pimps? Just imagine all the ho's! Reggae night in a smoky basement.
