International acts seldom come to the shores of Budapest, but here you've got an exception with this duo from France whose name means "new wave". Well it's more like kitsch or naive wave. Their claim to fame is covering a slew of popular songs and putting a French bossa nova twist on them via guest female vocalists who have no idea what they're singing.
It's an interesting experiment at least. However, the insane ticket price will presumably only have true fans digging that deep into their pockets. Their MySpace here and an article here.

Abba are coming to Budapest! Well, when I say that, of course, I mean Abba aren't coming to Budapest. In February, we have "Abba The Show", dubiously billed as the best Abba since Abba. But stop there, cynics, "Abba The Show" includes original members of the band! Well, which one is it? Agnetha? Björn? Benny? Anni-Frid? No more guesses? Didn't think there were any more members? Enrich your understanding here.
Alternatively, you could try "Mamma Mia!" the musical, which takes over the Sportarena on 10th-12th April. Abba songs are "ingeniously woven into an enchanting tale of love, laughter and friendship." Sounds awful but you might like it, and it is in English. Website here.
