The Rasmus (Concert)

Dürer Kert, 18th February, from 20:00, 4200-4800Ft
Ajtósi Dürer sor 19–21 [map]
Zichy Geza utca, (Trolley 74)

Dürer kert really seems to be getting warmed up, attracting legitimate foreign acts like Jedi Mind Tricks and Young Widows just last week to their stage. We'll give them the benefit of the doubt with Finnish pop-rock sensations, The Rasmus, headlining tonight.

If you're not dissuaded by the hefty cover charge or frontman Lauri Ylönin
belting out squeamish lyrics to a crowd of 14 year olds, head to Dürer to check out the action.

Take a listen here.

Frost/Nixon (Film)
Puskin Mozi [map], 17:00
Nominated for five Academy Awards, Frost/Nixon recounts the powerful televised debate between Richard Frost and the three years out of office, President NIxon. Critics have raved about the efficacy with which director Ron Howard turns this "30-hour armchair-to-armchair spar into a tidy 122-minute narrative of loss and redemption." Check it out while you can. Trailer here.
