Summer Opening Festival (Concert)
Dürer Kert, 18:00, 900Ft
Well, it didn't really close, did it? But now that it's summer, maybe we do need reminding that Dürer Kert has a generously sized outdoors and its fair share of decent bands. Tonight, Zuboly, possibly the only band in the world to combine bagpipes with a human beat-box or two, break out the "broken ethno", while Knotty Headz show that Hungarians can reggae too.
The Spanish Inquisition (Concert)
Pótkulcs 21:00, free
Nobody ever expects the Spanish Inquisition! Apart from you, perhaps, now. Nobody knows what to expect from the Spanish Inquisition, though because they have zero web presence. Flamenco, probably. It's a gamble but it's a free gamble.
City Lights (Film)
Örökmozgó [map], 16:30
Charlie Chaplin films - is that stuff really still funny today? Channel Four Film calls it "an enduring masterpiece", so I guess it must be. If you really want to see it but you're bed ridden or working or something, you can always watch the entire thing here.
