21/12/08

It's the 25th day of Kislev tomorrow! Is it? Is it really? What, you don't know your Hebrew calendar? Call yourself educated? Well, be thankful for Budapest's Jewish contingent today, as they make it a much more exciting Sunday than usual.

Ági Szalóki is really gadding about tonight: first over at A38 and now accompanying Kálmán Balogh’s Gypsy Cimbalom Band at the Palace of Arts. If you want to go to both, why not ask her for a lift? Expect Hungarian and Gypsy Christmas songs lifted from Balogh's 2005 album, Christmas Music for Joy. More info here.
